To prevent fraudulent use of this policy you must use the product for a minimum of thirty 30 days from the date of purchase. After using it, and not
judging it by your first glance, you will be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
Refunds will not be given if you decide quit playing WoW a day after
you buy the guide or if you go Horde. You yourself should know when you are going to
quit playing the game ahead of time.
In order to receive a refund you must provide
your reason. If you just send a refund request stating "I want
a refund" I will ask what the reason is. This is to help fix
the problem that has made you want the refund for others and so I
may possibly fix your problem.
Refunds will not be given at all for reasons pertaining to the interactive map mod that comes with the pdf version. I try my best to help you install it and I help 99% of users who have trouble with mods. I did not create the map program, I only have the list of coordinates that go with this mod.
Refunds are not currently given for the in game leveling guide for the same reason that you cannot return open cd's, movies, and video games. It's software that is basically concidered copied once you break the seal. In this case breaking the seal is logging in. This may change in the future but for now there are no refunds for the in game leveling guide since it is software.
