When I try to login I get this error:

A: This happened because you did one of a few
things. You may have input the wrong email when creating your account
and made another account after that is not validated. Remember the
computer doesn't know that an account just created was yours. It only
validates the account that is used during payment. If you misspelled
your email then login with that email if you know how it was spelled
and you can edit it. This is why there is a second email verification
box so that you get it correct so please don't copy and paste it
because it will misspell it 2 times and you will have to wait until I
can get to it.
This can also happen if you do not have java and
cookies enabled.
Q: When I click on the link to download the
guide I get this error:

A: This is because you do not have java
and cookies enabled. Your account is active if you got into the
members area without this message but to secure the download these
items must be enabled. You must not use a download manager either or
it may possibly do the same thing and give you an incorrect file. If
the file you download isn't a zip then you must manually download the
file.
Q: I just purchased and the members area says that my account does not exist. How do I log in?
A: You probably misspelled your email on the account you created before paying. Entering your email 2 times is to prevent this from happening but when you copy and paste the misspelled email you get problems.
DO NOT create another account with the correct email. If you don't know how you misspelled your email then please contact me below with your receipt number and I will send you the correct information. Once you get it you can login with the incorrect email and change it to be correct.
It is extremely important that you do not make a 2nd account if you misspelled the account that you paid on or you may not be able to put it to the correct email. Please take your time and type your email both times. It's not there to be annoying, it's so you don't misspell it and delay yourself.
Q:
I seen the guide at a different price, can I get it for that now?
A: I reserve the right to change the price at anytime. If the price was changed for a test or a promotion and you missed it then you missed it. Sometimes it goes low enough to just buy it as one of those "hell I better just try it" things. Look at it this way. I offer a money back guarantee because I know that you'll love the guide no matter what. You may see a cheap rip-off, but that is exactly what you get. A no talent, unorganized piece of crap. I searched all over the internet and try them to see the quality. Some guides try to use hype to sell and that's all it is.
Q: Will you powerlevel my character for me?
A: Hell No! I will not do this for the same reason as Joana puts it. You'll have more fun doing it yourself using this guide. I will not do it because I am burned out on the whole 1-60 process and do not have time with family and college. You're better off paying a leveling company to level for you instead of me but they will take all your gold and grind you there. You can beat them using this guide
Q: I'm outside the US, I play on a EU server, will this guide work for me?
A: Yes it does not matter what server you play on or where you live. This guide works on WoW in general
Q: Can this guide work with a (insert race here) (insert class here)?
A: Yes any single alliance race and class can use this guide. Some parts may be tougher for some classes than others though which isn't much of a problem
Q: I have a Level xx character. How easy is it for me to jump in and use this guide?
A: This is something I cannot answer honestly. This all depends on what you did quest wise where I did it in the guide. You really have to look a level ahead and behind and see if you did or didn't do the quests and fit yourself in. After the initial level you should be fine.
Q: What is the
password to open the guide?
A: I no longer require a
password to open the guide. If you're being asked for one then you
have an old outdated version or your computer is asking for it. Go
download a new copy
Q: How do I know this isn't a scam? I've bought many crappy guides before and were not at all worth the money.
A: Well look at my few testimonials on my site. I don't like to flood the site with them so most are on my ebay Besides this is 2008. Fraud and scams don't last long today and it's very easy to get your money back. I wouldn't have a popular guide with high page and alexa rankings if I was screwing people over.
If you purchase and it says
you haven't when you try to login, like questions 1 and 2 above,
then please follow those steps. Most likely you misspelled your
email by copying and pasting for the verification.
Q: Can I have it free now and I'll pay you back when I get some money or when my parents give me money and know it's not a scam?
A: Yeah No. When you give something away free or for next to nothing, people don't value it highly, so it sits around and eventually gets lost or deleted without any effort to use it. On the other hand, when you spend a decent amount of money for something, you make sure you actually attempt to use the product.
Q: Can I have a free copy of the book to translate or write a review about?
A: No. If you want a copy to translate or write a review about then please purchase it and when you get the intended work finished please let me know and we can work something out. I've had too many people just disappear after getting a free copy.
Q: I can't afford your book. I'm 13, my parent's won't let me buy it, I'm poor, I'm stupid, I have a gimped leg, I'm a total noob, I can't move, can't type, can't talk, can't see, I have 11 kids, I'm divorced, my dog died, I once had a nosebleed, and I just stubbed my toe. Login at http://members.briankopp.com using the email and password you created PRIOR to purchasing. This is not the same login as previously used so do not email me until you're sure it doesn't work. Some older accounts converted in January of 2007 had an error on converting to the new login and after your email there are 3 commas like this ,,, so if you purchased before that date nd cannot login please use your email as the login and pass but add ,,, after it on each line. If that doesn't work then I can look it up for you.
